Toll-free travel on motorway sections managed by GDDKiA (A2 Konin-Stryków and A4 Wrocław-Sośnica) for light vehicles from 1 July 2023.

Pursuant to the Act of 26 May 2023 amending the Act on Toll Motorways and the National Road Fund and certain other acts, tolls on the sections of motorways managed by GDDKiA (A2 Konin-Stryków and A4 Wrocław-Sośnica) for light vehicles have been cancelled as of 1 July 2023. This means that a driver of a passenger vehicle (including a motorbike), a combination of vehicles with a maximum permissible weight (GVW) not exceeding 3.5 tonnes will not need to pay the toll on the above sections.

NOTE! If the GVW on the vehicle registration certificate of the vehicle and trailer exceeds 3.5 tonnes and at the same time the motorway journey is made with the trailer attached, the vehicle will be classified as heavy. In this situation, the user will still be obliged to pay the electronic toll in the e-TOLL system for the heavy vehicle.
