In G\u0142obikowa, next to \u201cRozdzielnia wiatr\u00f3w\u201d hostel and 20-meter-high viewing tower (where one can observe Tatra Mountains during good visibility) a \u201cJuraPark\u201d is being constructed. Two dinosaurs have already been put in place: roaring and illuminated diplodocus (weight: 4 tons, dimensions: 15m long, 5m tall, 6m wide) and triceratops (dimensions: 5m long, 2m high). Whereas in another place in D\u0119bica county \u2013 Pustk\u00f3w Osiedle (14 km north from D\u0119bica) one can see a replica of pteranodon, the largest flying predator in the history of the Earth, which stands nearby Commune Culture Center. <\/p>\n
There is an intention of building a mammoth path, where models of these animals would be placed. Mammoths\u2019 bones were frequently found during excavations. <\/p>\n
Another place worth seeing in G\u0142obikowa is \u201cTomasz\u00f3wka\u201d park. This object was a property of Oba\u017cewski family and was listed on national monument list in the 19th century. This is a naturalistic, national scenic area having a few hundred years old ash tree and alley of oaks, which are considered natural monuments. <\/p>\n
